Privacy notice.

How we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us through this website, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.

Who we are

Eight Rabbits is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. That means we decide how and why your information is used.

Registered company details, including company number and registered office: [to be confirmed].

You can contact us about anything in this notice through the enquiry form on this website. A dedicated privacy contact address: [to be confirmed].

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number if you choose to provide it, the name and type of your business, and anything you tell us about your venues and requirements.

We also record that you consented to us storing your enquiry, and the page you enquired from, so we can respond in context.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss proposals for implementation and licensing, and to keep a record of our conversations with you.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and consent where you have given it. Where we enter into a contract with you, we process your information as needed to perform that contract.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely in our hosted database. Access is restricted to the people who need it to respond to you. Enquiries can be submitted by anyone, but can only ever be read by our team. They are never published or exposed to other visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are actively working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can refer back to what was discussed. If no relationship develops, we delete enquiry details on request or after a period of inactivity. Our full retention schedule: [to be confirmed].

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the enquiry form. We will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
