Together, we run it better. The operating system behind better hospitality.

We know the margins are tight.
We know the team is stretched.

So we give you the systems, standards and training to steady the business, and keep it yours.

British hospitality. Independent by nature.Discover Eight Rabbits

Running a venue shouldn’t
feel like firefighting.

Costs

Food, energy and wages keep rising.

We help you spec, buy and cost every dish so the margin is designed in, not hoped for.

People

Good staff leave. New staff need training yesterday.

We put short, practical training in their pocket so standards don’t walk out with them.

Time

You’re on the floor, the pass and the books at once.

We give you one way of working, so the business runs without you holding every piece.

You don’t need another consultant’s report. You need a system that works on a Friday night, and we’ll install it with you.

One connected operating system for modern hospitality.

You keep your name over the door.
We put the structure behind it.

A licensed restaurant and bar operating framework for independent hotels, restaurants, pubs and smaller multi-site groups. Eight Rabbits brings the disciplines behind the business into one consistent way of working.

You retain ownership, management and brand identity. We provide the operating infrastructure, supported by on-site implementation and ongoing remote support.

Nothing works
in isolation.

A menu is only as good as the buying, the kitchen and the team behind it. We connect all eight disciplines around the same operation.
